1. How long will it take for my order to be processed?
Orders are processed in the order they were placed. There is an information by each product what is the time of shipment.
 
2. How to check in what step is realisation of my order?

3. Can I pick up my order personally?  
Of course, you can pick up your order personally at our seat in Częstochowa , Lipowa 24 Street.

5. Can I get a discount for my first shopping?
After subscription of our newsletter, Customer gets 20zł discount for first purchase.
 
6. What is return time?
You can make return by 100 calendar days.
 
7. Can I place an order without registering account?
Yes, of course you can place order as a guest.
  
8. When will be available concrete product?
You can contact directly by phone or mail with our Custom Service in this case. Some models can be withdrawn from regular sales.
 
9. How Can I make a return?
You can make a return in our shop by 100 days (calendar), return form will attached to your ordered product. You can download return form from our website (in policy section). 
Please fill in the form carefully, attach receipt or its copy (it will speed up return process) and send it together with returned product to: NIFE, ul. Lipowa 24, 42-200 Częstochowa.
 
10. When I get a refund to my bank account?
From the moment the parcel is recived we have 14 days to make refund to your bank account.
 
11. What are the sizes of concrete product?
All products are measured. You can check it by clicking concrete product. Given measures comes from product not model!
